If they were serious about having a budget they would have one
If we pass the budget without prtecting health care coverage - medicare and medicaid - 47 will claw back the money and dismantle human service anyway - because he is a liar and a felon and now a thief - taking money fromt he American people to fund taxt cuts to his buddy billionaires
